City Gate Appointed to Kancelaria Brochocki Nieruchomości on an Exclusive Basis

After more than 25 years, Kancelaria Brochocki Nieruchomości is returning to a close partnership with City Gate, a Warsaw office building owned by Ogrodowa Inwestycje, a company within the PZU Group. As part of this new stage of cooperation, Kancelaria Brochocki Nieruchomości has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent responsible for the commercialization of the property.

The renewed cooperation with City Gate marks a continuation of a long-standing relationship that has already delivered tangible business results. In the past, Brochocki Real Estate Office successfully secured lease agreements with well-known tenants such as Sony PolskaPuma Polska, and Laboratorium Psychoedukacji.

City Gate is an office complex offering approximately 19,000 m² of office and retail space, located in one of Warsaw’s best-connected business districts. The building is currently 78% leased, with more than 4,000 m² of available office and retail space remaining on the market.
