April was another intense and successful month for Kancelaria Brochocki Nieruchomości. During this period, our team completed lease transactions totaling nearly 5,000 m² of office space, confirming the continued activity of tenants on the Warsaw office market.

At the same time, we are observing significant changes in the market structure — most notably rising rental rates in central locations and increasingly noticeable supply shortages in the most desirable office buildings. As a result, companies that until recently focused exclusively on the city center are now becoming more open to alternative scenarios and less obvious locations.
